Young people aren't lining up to drive like they used to. Year after year, 16 to 25 year olds are getting their driver's licenses only because they release some ways they know. They only learn things that are only on the test not other things besides the test. They get their driver's license and they immediately become clueless on the real road. This is due to the lack of caring to drive correctly on the road when the time comes.
