The answer is benign this is because a benign tumor is the only tumor that can not spread making it non cancerous. The other two words have to do with cancerous tumors.  Metastasis is a secondary caner growth which means where the cancer spread. Malignant is an original tumor that is cancerous which means it is able to spread
