-2 -2 subtract 2 from both sides

+5 +5 add 5 to both sides

3. |7p+4|/8=3
*8 *8 multiply by 8

|7p+4|=25 take out the equation
7p+4=25
-4 -4 subtract 4

+5 +5 add 5
