Meaning that the air we breathe, foods we eat, the water we drink from, and the products we use can sicken us if they aren't properly cleaned or pure.
Sodium would have to be the most unhealthy for these fat-free food diets. Eating less sodium helps with high blood pressure issues, so eating sodium can affect that and that's why it would be the most unhealthy out of all of these.
Sugar would have to be one of the other bad ones, because its bad for your teeth and it has a bunch of calories and NO nutrients. The worst kinds of sugar are sucrose, aspartame, and high-fructose corn syrup.
