Y+x=20 this is the number of bills
5x+10y=135 this is the amount of money

X is the 5 dollar bills and y is the 10 dollar bills.

F(x) = 3x - 2
f(8) = 3(8) - 2
f(8) = 24 - 2
f(8) = 22
f(-5) = 3(-5) - 2
f(-5) = -15 - 2
f(-5) = -17
f(8) - f(-5) = 22 - (-17)
f(8) - f(-5) = 39
Hope this helped! Good luck! :)
