Viefleur [7K]

Answer:

When given a chance to administer loud blasts of noise to the person who angered them, people in <u>Catharsis</u> condition(s) felt angrier and were more aggressive.

Explanation:

Catharsis is the emotional release that occurs with the method of free association. In psychoanalytic theory, this emotional release refers to the "purging" of unconscious conflicts, that is, catharsis is a method by which, during the therapy process, a patient was led to unblock repressed memories or experiences in your unconscious, generally associated with past traumatic events. In the example described, the people who felt more angry and aggressive had an affective discharge, freeing themselves of negative emotions, this because they were in a Catharsis condition.

pashok25 [27]

Answer:

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

Explanation:

All the contract laws in the United States are governed either by the Common law or by the UCC or the Uniform Commercial Code.

The Uniform Commercial Code governs all the contracts transactions in the form of securities and goods including tangible objects such as purchase of vehicles, etc.

Whereas the contracts transactions that includes intangibles assets, services, real estates, insurances, etc. are all govern by the Common law.

In the context, when Tory sues Jacquie for denying the refund Tory says that this contractual transaction should come under the Uniform Commercial Code while according to Jacquie this transaction should come under the common law because Jacquie is giving teaching classes to the students which is mainly a service. So contractual transaction under service is goverened by the Common law.

Hence the answer is ---

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

Pros and cons of air reconnaissance- zepplin
Tju [1.3M]
<span>The Zeppelins were light and fast and could carry a substantial amount of load in terms of manpower and cargo.  They were also very silent and could fly higher than the present aircrafts at the time.  Unfortunately, they could easily suffer damage from small arms fire and their source of fuel is very volatile.  One mistake and the whole ship would be engulfed in flames.  The Hindenburg was good example of that.</span>
