What you bed to do is find the least common multiple of each number:

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36

9, 18, 27, 36

the least common multiple is 18 so every 18 days they will do laundry together

Find 15 * 15 * 15 * 500 how does this compare to finding 45 x 500
andrew11 [14]
15 * 15 * 15 * 500 = 1,687,500. it's different from finding 45 * 500 because
15 * 15* 15 * 500 is the same as writing it as 15^3 * 500. This meaning you multiply the number 15 by itself 3 times, not add it 3 times, which is what
45 * 500 was showing. I hope this helped.
