How do you solve 6 1/4 x 2 7/11 =
Ivahew [28]

Answer:

16 and 21/44 or 725/44

Step-by-step explanation:

convert 6 and 1/4 into an improper fraction; 25/4

convert 2 and 7/11 into an improper fraction; 29/11

multiply them together. \frac{25}{4} × \frac{29}{11}

you can do 25 × 29 to get 725

you can also do 4 × 11 to get 44.

725/44 simplifies to 16 and 21/44.

Answer:

67.5 ft

Step-by-step Explanation:

==>Given:

∆MAB and ∆MNP, such that:

AB is parallel to NP

MN and MP are transversal

MN = 71.5 ft

MP = 97.5 ft

AN = 22ft

MA = MP - AN = 71.5 - 22 = 49.5 ft

MB = x

==>Required:

Value of x

==>Solution:

From the figure given, since AB is parallel to NP, and MN and MP are transversal, thus:

<MAB is congruent to <MNP

<MBA is congruent to <MPN

This implies that ∆MAB is similar to ∆MNP

Therefore, the ratio of their corresponding sides would be the same, and also proportional.

Thus,

MA/MN = MB/MP

49.5/71.5 = x/97.5

=>Cross multiply to solve for x

49.5 × 97.5 = x × 71.5

4,826.25 = 71.5x

=>Divide both sides by 71.5

4,826.25/71.5 = x

67.5 = x

x = 67.5 ft

Whats the answer to 10 + 5( x - 3) -7x when simplified
DedPeter [7]
Simplifying x + 2x = 5 + 10 Combine like terms: x + 2x = 3x 3x = 5 + 10 Combine like terms: 5 + 10 = 15 3x = 15 Solving 3x = 15 Solving for variable 'x'. Move all terms containing x to the left, all other terms to the right. Divide each side by '3'. x = 5 Simplifying x = 5

Help me and I will crown you please!!!
Lina20 [59]
All you do is divide 96 divided by 6. That is your equation. Then when you divide it, you find that he will put 16 on each shelf. All of the shelves will have the same number of books. The next one all you do is add all of them up and it will equal 43. So he has 43 dvd in total. Now if he wants to only keep eight of the dvds you subtract eight from 43. That equals 35. Now all you do is divide that by 5 to see how many he will give each friend. Once you're finished with that you find that he will give 7 to each friend.
So, the answers to each problem are 16 with the equation using distributive property 2(44 + 2) divided by 6 and 7.
I hope this helps:) Please give brainliest:)
