A lay jain person is expected to follow their vows which serve as a guide or code. Dedication to their vows also shows their devotion to being a lay jain. Following these vows enables them to live as good people because of their general rule that, "right conduct is the right religion."

Many Quebecois are in favor of separation from Canada

Explanation:

There were centuries for controversy and conflict that exist between English-Canada and French-Canada ties. Quebec initially was a French colony which surrendered to English in the past. They were allowed to keep up their hold and follow their religion but could not possess any public office.

They were also insisted to convert to Protestantism which caused resentments as they were following Catholicism in their lives. Quebecois are not separatists but they are the independents.

olga nikolaevna [1]

Advices given by Sheikh Mohamed to public servants:

1 - "Instead of focusing on quantity, the government should focus on quality".

He says this to show that the new generation should be equipped with knowledge, education, technology and science, and then they will be able to compete with the rest of the world.

2- “We must stand shoulder to shoulder to serve the best interest of our country and citizens”.

This advice refers to the fact that the public servants should work hard and understand the people’s situation to create a better atmosphere in the society and country.

3 – “It’s our job to provide the required facilities and eliminate routine and bureaucracy”.

This advice refers to the fact that even though nine senior officials retired, a day after he conducted a surprise spot check of government offices and found a significant number of employees absent. He wants the new generation of young people to take control and provide services to the public, but bureaucracy in the country is not helping the idea come true.
