The Cuyahoga River is located in the Northeast Ohio, in the United States. It is an area of concern under the 1987 Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement<span>. It caught fire also in 1969, due to its polluted state. It has been transformed from a devastating situation to a revitalized asset, by the expenditure of huge sums. But, the result is the restoration of life and water quality of the river, as an environmental milestone for the States. </span>
