How have energy resources shaped the economy and the standard of living of the united states?
irga5000 [103]
Not quite sure what you mean - but i thin this can help, from my eco course.

- energy resources create better goods and services for people in USA, meaning that we expect more and have more than undeveloped countries. They strengthen our economy and GDPs, because we are also increasing the output of our goods and services.

hope this helped :)

Distance

Answer: Established their own representative institutions of government

Explanation:

The American Colonies had representative Government even before they got independence from Great Britain. This was due to the presence of certain factors that promulgated their need.

Three such factors included; the distance of the colonies from Britain, the need for a Law-making structure and the traditional rights of Englishmen. The Colonies were separated from Britain by the Atlantic Ocean which made British rule and laws harder to enforce.

The British had also been very lenient in the rule of the colonies which meant that the Colonies had to come up with their own laws to be able to function. As Englishmen with the right to representation and liberty therefore, they came up with their own representative Governments.

Why was Benjamin Franklin chosen as ambassador to France?
sineoko [7]
In France, the accomplished Franklin was feted throughout scientific and literary circles and he quickly became a fixture in high society. While his personal achievements were celebrated, Franklin’s diplomatic success in France was slow in coming. Although it had been secretly aiding the Patriot cause since the outbreak of the American Revolution, France felt it could not openly declare a formal allegiance with the United States until they were assured of an American victory over the British.
