Well, I can tell you 2 HORRIBLE things that happened because of WW2. One of the most horrible things that happened were that the city of Leningrad became so desperate for food that they even began to eat dogs. Also, It affected them very much, severely, because so many troops were dying and died eventually.

The President and Congress must work together, or else all of the decisions will either be made by Congress or the President, there will be no middle ground, and no compromise.
