Why did companies want to crush labor unions

History

Companies wanted to crush labor unions because the people that were working at the unions would become unemployed so they would have to work at the companies. Also, the people working in the little gangs of workers are probably working against the companies. For "people safety and high pay" reasons. I hope this helped.

Labor Unions are groups of workers who ban together in order to get what they want from the companies they work for such as raises or better working conditions.

Companies would want to crush these unions because they do not want to spend more money on their employees.

What role does the supreme court play in the federal judicial system?
fgiga [73]

C. It acts as the final authority on the constitutionality of state and federal laws.

The Supreme Court is the final judge in all cases arising under the laws stated in the Constitution. It acts as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution, therefore it is responsible to tell whether or not a law of a state breaks a rule in it, if a law passed by Congress is unconstitutionally and if the President's action is violating a law.
