Answer:

The answer is D): The Robert Burns poem, from which it is taken, deals with the disappointment that results when well-made plans fail.

Explanation :

John Steinbeck’s decision to name his novel “Of Mice and Men”, was inspired by a stanza from a poem written in the 18th century by Robert Burns, and titled “To A Mouse”. John Steinbeck’s title was actually relates to one of Burns’ statement (directed to a mouse) which states that it might be a waste of time for mice and men to have foresight and prepare for the future: their best plans don’t often work out; rather, plans could lead to pain and anguish—"the disappointment that results well-made plans often fail".

Imagine that you visited the Patrified Wood Park. Write an email to your English speaking friend, Omar, narating your experience
Maksim231197 [3]
Dear Omar,

I have just visited the all known, "Petrified Wood Park"! I am writing to you now on behalf of my 'journey'. There was the vast quantity of wood cones! Well, of course those are only for a child's play, but I suppose the sculptures were meant to bring memories of math in the first grade? No, these were trees! Any furniture that was outside, such as picnic tables and benches, were made out of this wonderful wood! Of course there was a museum too! I saw vast sculptures; my favorite was one of a star shape, that you may know of. Oh, and the entrance itself is made out of wood! Wood, wood, wood! Lemmon's Petrified Wood Park is where you'll like to visit next, I am sure of it!
                            Sincerely,
                                           (Your Name Here)

What are two reasons why western lowland gorillas avoid people?
Bond [772]

Hey there!

I believe the answers to your question are "they are shy" and "they don't like loud noises".

Western lowland gorillas are shy, which is a reason they would stay away from people.

They also don't like loud noises, because it scares them, which is another reason they would avoid people.

Have a super awesome day! :)
