The three governing bodies of European Union are: the Council which represents the governments, the Parliament which represents the citizens and the Commission which represents European interests. The rest of the EU institutions are: <span>the </span><span>Council of the European Union<span>, </span><span>the </span>Court
of Justice of the European Union<span>, the </span>European Central Bank<span>, and the </span>Court
of Auditors<span>. </span> Currently, there is 28 member states:
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Croatia, Spain, Germany,
France, United Kingdom., Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Malta, Poland and Portugal.</span>

It called for more aggressive actions to fight terrorism. Among them
were the arrest, detention and trial of terrorists. It also called for removing barriers to data
gathering and terrorist investigation.
Opponents criticized because of its treatment of detainees and the extreme
measures taken against terrorism.
The students reaction is explained by the theory of classical conditioning first coined by Ivan Pavlov. The students are conditioned to associate the doer closing with the pop quiz and respond accordingly. Pavlov used dogs and their response to ringing a bell every time their food was served, after a some conditioning the dogs would salivate at the sound of the bell regardless of whether or not food was present. The bell was the stimulus.
