The TV remote control first appeared in 1950, a plug in remote was released this year and it was called "Lazy Bones". This new technological item was widely accepted since in the years previous to its invention television was gaining massive popularity and it was a big hassle having to get up every time to change the channel or adjust any tv controls.
Although there are several organizations whose sole function is to provide humanitarian aid around the world, one of the more popular ones would be "UNICEF"
