When does a slump occur
nika2105 [10]
Hey there,

Basically a slump happens along a cliff when the clay underneath it is saturated or easily erodible. So when heavy rainfall or other forces occur the top off the cliff falls and creates a sort of slumping shape.
It’s also known as a land slip.
So this would mainly happen to cliffs near the sea after rough waves or a cliff getting hit with rainwater.

Hope this helps and Happy New Year

Considering that only about 10 percent of China's land is arable, how has China managed to become the world's leading producer o
Vinvika [58]
China has become a world leader in production of farm products including rice, wheat, potatoes, sorghum, peanuts, tea millet, barley, cotton, oilseed and soybeans. Initially going back eons, first the use of cast iron tools and beasts of burden were introduced in agriculture. Now, while communes have beendisbanded, and individual farming has been restored, there are quotas for the individual farmers and also some state farms. In modern times, mechanization has been promoted and state sponsored projects like the Three Gorges Dam has provided significant irrigation.

Explain - What are some ways gravity shapes Earths surface
Vitek1552 [10]
Well, when the wind blows, it picks up dirt and dust. Gravity makes that dirt and dust fall down. Eventually, builds up landforms! And pressure from gravity may push down and compact ground, soit changes that way.
I hope this helped!
