Explanation:

The three specialized cell that are present within wall of the stomach , are as follows -

1. Chief cell - It is also called as the zymogenic or the peptic cell . It is secreted by the hormone Pepsinogen , which is further activated in an acidic medium . It helps to complete the digestion of the proteins .

2. Parietal cell - Parietal cell secrets the hydrochloric acid which provides an acidic medium in stomach for the digestion of the protein .

3. Mucous cell - It is a slimy mucus substance , that forms a protective layer around the gastric wall , in order to protect the wall of stomach from the acid hydrochloric acid .

what are some questions the nurse should ask herself before accepting this assignment? include your rationale.
pickupchik [31]

Do you possess the ability to care for patients before the nurse accepts you? Do you have experience with the assigned patient types? Do you have the necessary cross-training to care for these patients if this is a "float assignment"? Exists a "buddy system" among employees who are familiar with the unit? Such inquiries ought to be made.

Nurses should actively promote patient safety, which requires them to be skilled in patient-centered care delivery and other issues that might degrade the standard and effectiveness of patient care (Browne et al., 2015).

In the ATI Case Study, the nurse should think about two key issues that will help advance the patient's general well-being. What are the key tasks and expectations for the assignment? should be the first question you ask. The purpose of this inquiry is to assist her better understanding the patient's requirements and to provide a baseline for assessing her capacity to deliver safe, high-quality treatment that is patient-centered. "Do I have the skill set to offer care and safety for this patient?" is the second query. The purpose of this inquiry is to enable the nurse to make an educated decision on whether to accept or reject the assignment.

At equal concentrations, would a nonelectrolyte (e.g. glucose) or electrolyte (e.g.NaCl) containing solution have a lower freezi
viva [34]

Answer:

Solution with electrolyte will have a lower freezing point than the solution with non electrolyte.

Explanation:

Depression in freezing point is given by :

\Delta T_f=i\times k_f\times m

Where :

i = van't Hoff factor

k_f = Molal depression constant of solvent

m = molaity of the solution

Let the molality of the glucose and NaCl solution be = m

Molal depression constant of water = k_f

1) The values of van't Hoff factor for glucose is = 1 (non electrolyte)

Depression in freezing point of glucose solution :

\Delta T_f=1\times k_b\time m

2) The values of van't Hoff factor for NaCl is = 2 (electrolyte)

NaCl\rightarrow Na^++Cl^-

Depression in freezing point of NaCl solution :

\Delta T_f'=2\times k_b\time m

\Delta T_f

1\times k_b\time m

1 < 2

Higher the depression in freezing point more will be the lower freezing point of the solution.This means that solution with electrolyte will have a lower freezing point than the solution with non electrolyte.
