4 0

Answer:

The missing coefficient is -8

Step-by-step explanation:

Let

a------> the missing coefficient

we have

ay^{2}-[-5y-y(-7y-9)]-[-y(15y+4)]=0

ay^{2}-[-5y+7y^{2}+9y]-[-15y^{2}-4y]=0\\ \\ ay^{2}+5y-7y^{2}-9y+15y^{2}+4y=0\\\\ay^{2}-7y^{2}+15y^{2}=0\\\\ay^{2}+8y^{2}=0\\ \\a=-8

Don’t know how to do this soooo pls help:)
Shtirlitz [24]

Divide 15 by 20 and then take that and multiply it by 16 and you'll get 12

when you have a problem like this and you need the smaller triangle measurements then the value from the smaller triangle will be on the top and if you need the larger triangle values then the larger value will be on top to find the ratios and multiply it by the other value from the denominator triangle

Dimas [21]

Answer:

Distance = 5

Step-by-step explanation:

D= sqrt (x1-x2)^2 + (y1-y2)^2

(5-2)^2 + (8-4)^2=3^2 + 4 ^2 = 9 +16 = 25

Sqrt of 25 = 5

Distance = 5

Hope this helps

BC = 6, EF = 12 Based on the given information, choose the similarity statement that you would use to say ABC~DEF. If you could
vovangra [49]

Answer:

The answer is "NOT"

Step-by-step explanation:

  • To demonstrate a similar statement we want to have yet another side or some other angle, however, the third section is not proportional.
  • Its sides were equivalent in proportions (yeah sure they are) + corner by the by is not given.
  • There is no triangle angle provided so, that we can not enforce the SAS argument.
  • It is not evidence of similarity between ABC ≈DEF.
