Answer:

The purpose of the Necessary and Proper Clause in the Constitution is to A. allow Congress to make laws not covered by its expressed powers.

Explanation:

The implied powers are the ones that allow the American Congress to make decisions concerning with the subjects that are not mentioned in the Constitution. The Congress is expected to use these implied powers only as and when necessary and that too in the most reasonable manner.

Answer: At the time the U.S was competing for more control in Central America and because of it, it resulted in more Nicaraguan affairs which led to a more U.S friendly government in the future.

The U.S's first armed intervention took place in 1909 with the overthrow of president Nicaraguan President José Santos Zelaya.

Then they closed the Panama canal so only the U.S would have access to it.

In turn the civilians suffered for this occupation and the U.S was blamed for some things that went on during this time.

Why didn't the northern states fight to ban slavery in the Constitution? A. They feared for the slaves safety if they were freed
balandron [24]
While all 3 of B, C, and D played some roll in their decisions, C and D are the only to possible ones in my eyes as secession was not a hot button issue until Carolina's calls for it. I'd reckon it's a 50-50 between C and D, so I'd choose D.
