Wellness is the state of being in good health, physically as well as mentally.

Wellness is based on the principle of feeling well and enjoying one's life.

Martin takes pills to go to sleep, so he probably has some problems that impede his relaxation at bedtime, this is not wellness but a serious problem that he has to address. Norman skips breakfast to lose weight which is very bad for his body, regardless if he wants to lose weight or not, this is not wellness but abuse of the body. Olivia skips breakfast as well, she won't feel good in the mornings and the wellness factor is compromised here.

Patricia is the only person whose lifestyle is positive, meaning that she does not do things that harm her body. She is enjoying herself, she takes care of her body mentally and physically.
