It all depends because if you have lots of trees around your house it would be more cold around the winter and will cause you to have your heater on in the winter also in summer the trees will keep the heat out and you will save money!
I'm my opinion I'd say he/she cares about you cuz you never know maybe that day you might have had a bad day and badly needed someone so I guess yes they have feelings for you because they thought of you
