Answer: Feiner v. New York(D)

Explanation:

Irving Feiner, was a white student at Syracuse University, who gave an inflammatory speech in New York. He urged his racially mixed audience to battle for equal rights, by making bad remarks about President Truman and local politicians.

Two officers who were on the scene, were afraid that the speech could lead to violence, and told him to end his speech. He refused, and the officers arrested him for inciting a breach of the peace. He was found guilty by a trial court and was sentenced to thirty days in prison.

Kitty [74]

Answer: television is an attention grabber it’s loud, it’s colorful, and it’s distracting.

Explanation: The reason for this is our brains process information but not all of us have a great attention span for instance those of us who have watched TV often enough will begin to mimic things we see on TV we store that information into our brain for longer than we would if someone had just explained it face-to-face. What problems have rapid urbanization in Southeast Asia caused?
Mnenie [13.5K]

The rapid urbanization in Southeast Asia has caused many problems. As the urbanization was way to rapid, and it was not well planned, the urban areas look like everything but urban. The housing problem is huge, as there's not enough for the demand on place, so lot of people live in very small living areas. The basic needs for life, like clean water and electricity are not on good level, often lacking. The environment has been destroyed because of clearing up space, but also after the people have settled, as the garbage and sewage go directly into the closest water bodies. Fertile soil that could have been used for agriculture has been destroyed for building settlements. The badly planned urbanization also led to building on places that are not safe, like places where there are low ground waters and aquifers, places that are always under danger of floods, places that have soft sediments and sink.
