The answer is that "<span>Kohlberg's approach is a justice perspective while Gilligans is a care perspective".

The larger part of research on the moral advancement of medical attendants is in accordance with Kohlberg's hypothesis. However, Gilligan noticed that care and equity viewpoints coexist in moral clash, and during the development procedure, every supplement each other and advances moral improvement and development.
