<em>Un cocido</em> is a stew made in a cooking pot with water in which you boil along with beef, vegetables, maize, olives, among others. You need to mix (mezclar) all these ingredients. There are countries in which the beef is replaced by chicken or pork meat. It's a delicious meal that many people love.
