Commitment is about one's obligation while dedication is about one's passion in the performance of the obligation. Committed means (as reported from the New Oxford American Dictionary) feeling dedication and loyalty to a cause, activity, or job; wholeheartedly dedicated.

The answer is pronuclei. A pronuclei is the state of the nucleus of either the sperm or the ovum after the sperm has entered the ovum but the two nuclei have not yet fused. When the sperm enters the ovum, the membrane of the sperm pronuclei dissolves hence leaving no barrier for the two genetic materials to combine.

<span>Water heats up, changes to water vapor and evaporates, rises into the sky. It cools, condenses, turns back into liquid water forming clouds. Then it falls back to earth as precipitation and runs down hills or mountains during runoff and returns to lakes and oceans.
