B., C., and D. all are completely not related.

Exclamation marks do not confuse the main point. The reasoning for why it isn't C is similar to the reasoning for B. Exclamation marks do not change the main point.
C. is pretty much the opposite. Exclamation marks are used for emotions, not to show no emotion.

Malcolm was an avid photographer. He and his family likes to take pictures of nature, also taking portraits. When he was in California, Malcolm liked to visit lake Tahoe and take pictures of the wildlife. Sometimes the animals were moving to fast and they were blurry but the pictures of the lake were always perfect. Including pictures of sunsets over lakes with mountains in the background.

Answer: B. To criticize dictators and protest war.
Explanation:
The question refers to the poem titled "The War Works Hard," by Dunya Mikhail.
Although the author seems to be praising war, by defining it as magnificent and efficient, it does so by describing its effects through bleak images that depict the horrors of war, such as that it "swings corpses through the air", "inspires tyrants" and it "builds new houses for the orphans."
By the end, when she states that, despite such great consequences, no one praises war, it becomes clear that she´s not praising it, but condemning it.
