In biomagnification, the highest levels of accumulation are found at the successively highest trophic levels of a food chain/web. So, in this case, ring-billed gullin will be having the highest bioaccumulated levels of the DDT. DDT got concentrated as it moved to higher levels, so ring-billed gullin would be the most affected one.
