1Minestrone (min-ih-STRO-nee) is one of the most popular Italian dishes and is probably eaten more throughout Italy than pasta i

s. Minestrone is the name for a variety of thick soups made with vegetables. People often add onions, celery, carrots, squash, and potatoes to this soup, since there is no set recipe. It is usually made with whatever vegetables are in season at a certain time. It can be vegetarian, can contain meat, or may even have pasta or rice. Minestrone always has a jumble of ingredients, since you can add any kind of vegetables, meats, or pastas you like.
Since Gino's family is originally from Italy, he decided to research Italian cooking for a class project. After reading this passage, he interviewed an Italian chef from a neighborhood restaurant. During his questioning, Gino took notes about the chef's family recipes, where he got his training in Italian cooking, the minestrone recipe used in his restaurant, and his family background. Gino is now ready to compile the information. What would be the best way for him to organize what he learned?

Were Aristotle’s predictions of heavenly motion quantitative or qualitative?
charle [14.2K]

Answer:

It is qualitative

Explanation:

Quantitative prediction could be measured by numbers (countable) while qualitative prediction is the other way around. The prediction of heavenly motion by Aristotle proposed the idea that Earth is the center of universe while other planets and suns move in a spherical motion around it. His prediction was not backed by any proof or measurable data, it can only be considered as qualitative.

The scientific study of behavior without reference to mental processes was of special interest to:______.
dalvyx [7]

Answer:

The study of behavior without reference to mental processes was of special interest to B. John B. Watson

Explanation:

John B. Watson is known for his Classical Conditioning studies and he focused on behavior without giving much importance to the mental processes. He preferred to focus on what was visible, thus the behavior.

Unlike him, Piaget, Freud and James focused mostly on the mental processes. Examples are Psychoanalysis and the study of cognition development.
