Explanation:

In the beginning of the story, Taylor is amazed of woods and nature. There is a little sadness as she looks at the tree because she knows, she won't see this tree as a whole again, since it has been split by lightning. However, in the middle of story, Taylor is more focused on the bird; she is afraid of the bird and its beak that could "rip the nose of her face", but still concerned about it and interested in it as well. At the end, she becomes lost and frightened, as she doesn't have the idea where she is.

Read the following student perspective and then choose your answer.
Anit [1.1K]

The closest approach is that the student is qualifying the author's claim. Because it simplifies the author's argument with the example of cable TV channels and makes it clear that television affects Americans' lives when it comes to politics. It is enough to see the number of networks devoted to political updates. The student collaborated with new elements like a real example for reflection to prove the author's point of view.

Which of the following verbs most likely indicates passive voice?
nignag [31]

Answer:

To be

Explanation:

Because it's the only one that includes "to be" in it...

To identify passive voice, look at what happened and look at who was responsible for doing it. If the person or thing responsible for doing the actions is either omitted or occurs in the sentence AFTER the thing that happened, AND if you see a past participle straight after the form of “to be,” it's passive voice.
