-5 (p+2)=2 (2p-15)+p

-5p-10=4p-30+p

  \text{Expand}

-5p-10=5p-30

-10=5p-30+5p
  \text{Add 5p to both sides}

-10=10p-30

-10+30=10p
  \text{Add 30 to both sides}

20=10p

\dfrac{20}{10}=p  \text{Divide both sides by 10}

p=2  \text{Solution}

What is the domain of the absolute value f(x) equals -.5 |X -2|-4
lozanna [386]

Answer:

Domain: All Real Numbers or (-∞, ∞)

Step-by-step explanation:

Domain is the set of x-values that can be inputted into function f(x).

We see that any value of <em>x</em> can be plugged into the function.

∴ Our answer is all real numbers

6. m A = 8x - 2, m B = 2x - 8, and m2 C = 94 - 4x. List the sides of A ABC in order from shortest to
Oduvanchick [21]

Given:

In triangle ABC, m∠A=(8x-2)°, m∠B=(2x-8)° and m∠C=(94-4x)°.

To find:

The sides of the triangle ABC in order from shortest to  longest.

Solution:

In triangle ABC,

m\angle A+m\angle B+m\angle C=180^\circ              (Angle sum property)

(8x-2)^\circ+(2x-8)^\circ+(94-4x)^\circ=180^\circ

(6x+84)^\circ=180^\circ

6x+84=180

6x=180-84

6x=96

Divide both sides by 6.

x=\dfrac{96}{6}

x=16

Now,

m\angle A=(8(16)-2)^\circ

m\angle A=(128-2)^\circ

m\angle A=126^\circ

Similarly,

m\angle B=(2(16)-8)^\circ

m\angle B=(32-8)^\circ

m\angle B=24^\circ

And,

m\angle C=(94-4(16))^\circ

m\angle C=(94-64)^\circ

m\angle C=30^\circ

In a triangle the smaller angle has shorter opposite side and larger angle has longer opposite side.

24^\circ

m\angle B

AC

List the sides of triangle ABC in order from shortest to  longest is AC:AB:BC.

Therefore, the correct option is A.

Answer:

1) 5   2) 7    3) 9    4) 8

Step-by-step explanation:

you add and subtract the numbers, for example, number 1, the total is 9 and it shows 4 so 5. Or 3,  K to I is 3 and 11 (the total) minus 3 equals 8, plus the 1 so 9.   Hope this helps! Have a good day! :)
