"It was the harshest, most miserable winter in memory. I was certain Valley Forge would be the end of me and my fellow soldiers.

My musket was full, but my water skin was empty. One man's shoes had been worn down to nothing during the march. He tied cowhides to his feet. But on he marched for the general and our Continental Army. I admired his conviction. I ignored the biting cold and continued on." Beatrice believes the story is set during the American Revolution. Which two pieces of textual evidence from the excerpt support her conclusion? A. "admired his conviction" and "ignored the biting cold and continued on" B. "harshest, most miserable winter in memory" and "Valley Forge would be the end of me" C. "shoes had been worn down to nothing during the march" and "He tied cowhides to his feet" D. "musket was full, but my water skin was empty" and "the general and our Continental Army"

Answer:

B. "harshest, most miserable winter in memory" and "Valley Forge would be the end of me"

D. "musket was full, but my water skin was empty" and "the general and our Continental Army"

Explanation:

According to Beatrice, she thinks the story takes place during the American Revolution because of the mention of Valley Forge, the harsh winter, the general, and finally, the Confederate Army.

The American Revolution is a period in American history when the colonists revolted against Great Britain and gained independence before going ahead to form the United States of America.

Describe at least two ways to organize your information effectively. Choose the method that would work best for you and explain
pashok25 [27]

Answer:

One way to organize information effectively is to write it out into an essay or a paragraph. This way, the information is not simply scattered around, but put into a neat text.

Another way to organize information effectively is to display it through a slideshow or powerpoint. The various information can be organized by slides.

I prefer organizing information into slideshows because I find it more interesting, as well as easier for me to navigate. For instance, each slide may contain its own definitions and information based on category. However, in an written response, one would need to create a lot of indentations and paragraphs, even if the fact is only a sentence long. Meanwhile, in a powerpoint, each slide would contain a fact and the presentation would not look nearly as messy. Additionally, during a presentation, powerpoints are simply more appealing to the audience, rather than a "read - off" off the paper.
