The answer is " Tybalt is capulet’s nephew. his short-tempered personality provides a foil to the calmer lord capulet."

Theobald is Juliet's cousin, that is, Capulet's nephew.

Teobaldo is a captivating character, with a very short temperament and is almost always very refined., Teobaldo tends to lurk around looking for fights. When his Uncle Capulet stops him fighting with Romeo for having broken into the Capulet costume party, Tybalt gets upset and promises to crush Romeo's skull afterwards: "I'm going to retire, but this intrusion now grateful seems, it will turn into bitter gall"

Tybalt is Capulet’s nephew. His short-tempered personality provides a foil to the calmer lord Capulet.

Tybalt is the cousin of Juliet from her mother's side who is aggressive, violent and proud. At any time when he finds that his pride has been talked about, he draws his sword. Tybalt Capulet can be analyzed as the personification of hatred in the play “Romeo and Juliet” written by William Shakespeare. Tybalt's reactions for Montagues reflects his hatred for them. He abuses Romeo and his friend Mercutio and fights with them when he sees them in the Capulet’s feast.
