I think that they are both equally nutritious and that they give us the nutrition that we need. a plant- based diet uses less resources because they use less water to produce the food as it suppress all animal based products. I think people should eat less meat because sometimes people put unhealthy chemicals in food that can be harmful and not healthy as a source to people.
