Choice-'B' is the correct choice . . . 2E9A .
I began converting the original numbers to decimal (base 10),
but decided that 5 points are not worth that much aggravation.
At that point, I wondered whether I could just write it down and
do it like any old other subtraction exercise. I've never done
that before with hex numbers, but I found that I could !
The only place you have to be extra careful is in the third place,
where you have to subtract '9' from '2'. In order to do that, you
have to borrow one from the 'F'. That makes the 'F' an 'E', and
it makes the '2' an '18', from which you can then easily subtract
the '9'. The difference of '2E9A' then jumps right out.
Thank you. I never knew you could just do that.
Answer:
w = -19

Explanation:
To solve this equation, subtract ten from both sides. This will isolate the variable (w) and allow us to find its value.

If you would like to double check that the variable (w) does in fact equal negative nineteen, substitute the value of the variable in the equation and solve.
![10 + w = -9\\10 + -19 = -9\\-19 = -19 [true]](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=10%20%2B%20w%20%3D%20-9%5C%5C10%20%2B%20-19%20%3D%20-9%5C%5C-19%20%3D%20-19%20%5Btrue%5D)
Therefore, the value of w in the given equation is -19.
Answer:
5t + 2
General Formulas and Concepts:
Algebra I
Step-by-step explanation:
Step 1: Define Expression
4t - 18 - t + 2t + 20
Step 2: Simplify
- Combine like terms (t): 5t - 18 + 20
- Combine like terms (Z): 5t + 2
Answer:
Amanda's percent of error: = .03 or 3% Dwyane's percent of error: = .02 = 2%
Looks like Amanda had the larger error.
Answer:
I‘m pretty sure its a special right triangle, basically a 30, 60, 90 triangle. I checked with the formula and it’s correct. So the angle W is wither a 60 Degree or 30 degree and I‘m on the side of 30 degrees.
So I’m pretty sure its 30 degree.
The formuda is the hypotenuse is 2x and the (a) (3 in this case) is x. The 5 would come out as the formula 3
. Now we know the sides, 3, 5 and 6 so we just plug it in and solve for the square root and it equals to ABOUT 5.
I’m not sure if I’m correct but I’m not confident.
