Answer: look up the “Korematsu” case, it talks about how the 5th amendment was violated by the Japanese-American citizens being deprived of their liberty, etc... look up the amendments that were violated with the internment camps. The constitution declares the rights of the American citizens and some of the rights were broken when the Japanese were put in internment camps. Hope this helps.

Urban living was the trend in the in the late 1800’s. With houses with electric lights, running water, modern plumbing, and attractions such as museums, libraries and theatres, I can see why. Even though Urban living had a good side, it also had a bad side.there became less and less jobs. City living also posed the risks of crime, violence, fire, disease, and pollution. With city populations growing the problems became worse and complicated as it became hard for people to find jobs, which resulted in an increase of pickpockets, swindlers, and thieves.
