Answer:

When researchers were asked to offer scientific evidence about the higher success rate of students who attended a special community music program, they indicated that reading scores were better than the ones who did not participate in a musical program.

This paragraph suggests that to participate in a musical program develops and improves reading skills. Also, this is not related to participants income. Linking this paragraph to the whole text, it would suggest that reading skills are part of brain development.

The 6th paragraph support that music can have significant improvements in reading scores for children who attended music classes. Researchers have studied two types of students: One type was people who didn't participate in the music education and another group of people that participate in the music education, the second group, the brain response to differences in pitch compared to the children in the other groups. The conclusion showed that people who have the habit of practice music during the school had faster development of the brain pathway responsible for encoding and processing sound, and also it can accelerate brain development and sound processing.
