IB does this. The IB plans out a students high school courses over at least 2 years. Trust me, I'm in it! Hope that helps!
You should work just as hard in a group than by yourself because maybe other people would also be social loafing and then nobody would be giving their best so the final product would be less quality than if they all worked harder even though they are a group.The disadvantage of social loafing would be the quality of the final product would suffer.
