Answer:

Yes, the students should be able to criticize their school in the school newspaper to an agreeable extent.

Explanation:

 • To allow the students to bring into practice the education that they are given about the Constitution and the rights granted by the Constitution, they should be given the opportunity to exercise their rights at the school level itself.
 • These rights should also include the right to free speech. The students should be allowed to freely put up their thoughts about the school's functioning and its management.
 • At the same time, students should not be allowed to speak about the mandatory things done by the management for the good of the students.

How was the earth made or form
Mila [183]
The Earth is thought to have been formed about 4.6 billion years ago by collisions in the giant disc-shaped cloud of material that also formed the Sun. Gravity slowly gathered this gas and dust together into clumps that became asteroids and small early planets called planetesimals.

Hope that helped ! :)

Identify an example for each of the social movements (Civil Rights, Women's Rights, and LGBT Rights) where public policy was inf
dlinn [17]

Answer:

Example of Civil Rights: Black Suffrage

Example of Women's Rights: Legal Abortion, Roe v. Wade case

LGBTIQ+ Rights: Marriage Equality

Explanation:

Black Suffrage was obtained after the Civil War: in many countries the right to vote was obtained with independence, but in USA black men had to wait until the end of the Civil War to obtain this right.

In 1973 the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States would protect a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction, thus recognising the woman's right to freely choose.

Same-sex marriage in the United States expanded from one state in 2004 to all fifty states in 2015.

This three examples are rights that were denied to minorities, and through social activism were finally acquired.

the deputy governor believes the community is either for or against the court. what does he do to show the power of the court in
eimsori [14]

The deputy governor can interpret the law, determine its constitutionality and apply it to individual cases in the supreme court.

What is a Supreme court?

 • The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the Supreme Court of Federal Jurisdiction in the United States.
 • It has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all U.S. federal court actions and state court actions, including points of federal law.
 • It also has its own jurisdiction over a narrow range of cases, in particular "all cases involving ambassadors, other ministers of public service and consuls, and cases in which a State is said to be a party."
 • The Court has powers of judicial review and has the power to find laws that violate any provision of the Constitution.
 • It can also revoke executive orders that violate the Constitution or applicable law.
 • However, it may only act in connection with matters within the area of law for which it has jurisdiction.
 • The courts have ruled that they can adjudicate cases that have political implications, but that they have no authority to adjudicate unjustifiable political issues.

Thus, the deputy governor can interrupt the case in between and can appeal in the supreme court.
