I would say : C. Designer Sneakers.

You dont really need designer sneakers. The other clothing items are needs - they help you look reasonable. And imagine having no shoes or socks, and walking barefoot on the pavement! Same goes for winter coat - it doesn't matter if it's fashionable, as long as it keeps you warm.
