Answer:

HL

Step-by-step explanation:

The hypotenuse-leg theorem proves congruency by comparing the corresponding hypotenuse and one other length of two right-angled triangles. Since the two lengths indicated here are the hypotenuse (longest side) and another side, congruency can be proved using the HL method.

Hope this helped!

You divide 3 on both sides then you equation is the square root of -4x-4 =4 and you square the number on both sides because u need to do the same things on both sides and you get -4x-4=16 subtract by 4 on boyh sides to get -4x=20 and divide by -4 on both aises to get x=-5

I hope this helped i know this explanation is a bit wonky

john takes 15 minutes to walk from school to the bus station. Jim takes 20 minutes to walk from school to the bus station. If th
Anastasy [175]

Let x km/h be the Jim's speed. If the difference in Jim's and John's speeds is 2 km/h, then the John's speed is x+2 km/h.

1. John takes 15 minutes to walk with speed x+2 km/h from school to the bus station, then the distance is 15·(x+2) km.

2. Jim takes 20 minutes to walk with speed x km/h from school to the bus station, then the distance is 20·x km.

3. The distance is the same, so

20x=15(x+2),

20x=15x+30,

20x-15x=30,

5x=30,

x=30:5,

x=6.

Answer: the distance between the station and the school is 6 km.

In the figure below, lines m and n are parallel. Line s is perpendicular to line m.
Rus_ich [418]
I think it would be 55 only because line P is 145 degrees so because line S is straight it is 90 degrees. So you would subtract the two (145-90) and would come up to B or 55.
