No, from the initiation of the social reforms that took place during the later stages of the 19th century until now, there have been continuous efforts in order to increase the inclusion of minorities into the upper section of powers.

Further Explanation:

Mobility is mostly measured in terms of the change in income or wealth and occupation is another measure that is used during the research of mobility and both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data are involved in this but there are also some of the studies which also concentrate on the social class. Mobility can take place both within a generation or between two different generations but it is very less frequent.

The most common type of mobility is inter-generational upward mobility as in upward mobility, Children and Grandchildren get better economic circumstances than that of their parents. But according to a research which was done on the mixed housing, It shows that mixed housing does not promote the upward social mobility as the individuals of mixed housing tend to engage themselves into casual conversations in order to keep themselves noticed and occupied.

The answer is "No".

Throughout numerous social reforms that started during the latter part of the 19th century until now, there has been a tendency to increase the inclusion of minorities into the upper spheres of power. This can be seen in the government, where top officials, including one former president (Barack Obama), are given chances to take responsibility in positions within the government.

In the private sector, there has been a massive growth in the technological industry, where, thanks to education, one can see the appearance of figures that belong to immigrant populations. These individuals not only occupy positions within high tech companies but also own some of them.

How did America's involvement in World War II impact race relations in the military?
Nookie1986 [14]
Before WWII, there were many racial problems and African Americans were not seen as equals. WWII forced many young men to fight together, regardless of race. This healed broken race relations to a certain extent, but there was still more progress to be made after the war.

A(n) blank is when one country increases its army because others did
marishachu [46]

An arms race is when one country increases its army because others did.

An arms race is a competition between two or more states to have the best armed forces. It is done by means of competitive acquisition of military material, military spending or the number of people who serve in the army.

There is always a competitive nature to this buildup, hence the name race.

Some examples of an arms race are :

- The naval arms race between Germany and Britain from 1897 to 1914. It involved the costly building competition of Dreadnought - ships.

- The Cold War nuclear race between the United States and the Soviet Union. It led to large spending on nuclear missiles and the stockpiling of vast nuclear arsenals.

Hope This Helps! Have A Nice Day!!
