Answer:

Canabinoid

Hippocampus

Explanation:

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a very potent psychoactive drug. Once in the bloodstream, it reaches the brain in seconds. When marijuana is inhaled, it spread round the body releasing THC. THC move to the brain and begin it's work immediately.

The brain has group of cannabinoid receptors and these receptors are activated by a neurotransmitter known as anandamide. Cannabinoid receptors can affect short-term memory, thinking, coordination and problem solving.

Anandamide is a cannabinoid made in the body. THC mimics the action of anandamide by binding to cannabinoid receptors which activate neurons which causes adverse effects of the mind and body.

High concentration of the cannabinoid receptors are found in the Hippocampus which is responsible for short memory. Once the THC binds the cannabinoid receptors in the Hippocampus, it affects the memory and make it impossible to recall recent events.

An air pressure of 1,005 millibars is equivalent to approximately how many inches of Mercury?
N76 [4]

1005milibars of pressure corresponds to 29.68inches of mercury.

Option D.

Explanation:

Mercury has a density of around 13.6gm/cc. Thus the pressure of inches of mercury will have a huge effect on the value. As far as bar is concerned, it's around the normal atmospheric pressure measured at sea level. Its around 1,00,000 pascals. So from converting a pressure at millibars to inches of mercury, we need to divide the value by a factor of 33.864.

So, pressure in milibars =1005milibars.

So, pressure in inches of mercury = 1005/33.864 = 29.68 inches of mercury.
