Because shools became way too overpopulated. Some neighbourhood's are bigger then other others thus some schools had a lack of kids and some schools had too many kids.

The colonists didn't want to pay the new tax and thought England would leave them alone if they dumped the tea into the Harbor. As a result, King George and the rest of Parliament felt that the colonists should be punished so they passed the Intolerable Acts.
