Should the right to exercise one religion depend on how old the religion is or how good its followers are? Why or why not?

(Take this response with a grain of salt.)

I personally think that neither should determine that. Both questions are unable to determine whether the religion is true; so why would it be used to determine whether or not people have the right to follow it. However, putting that aside, I think the best answer would be how good their followers are. It doesn't determine whether the religion is true or not but it rids us of the toxic religions that spread negative messages. Considering how much racism, homophobia, transphobia, and sexism is in most religions it'd be interesting to see most religions cease.

Including commonly followed religions like Catholicism.

Explain how the u.S. And the soviets viewed soviet expansion differently.
Dimas [21]

Answer:

Soviets viewed it as creating a defense for themselves, U.S. saw it as an act of increasing influence and challenge their hegemony.

Explanation:

  • Soviets were afraid of future attacks by west on their territory by expanding itself in Europe it was creating a buffer, which will avoid any future skirmish on Soviet.
  • U.S. had enough with the policy of appeasement and isolationism further they experienced that a expanding country will go on a war with them as Germany did.
