Time management is an important part of developing good study habits and succeeding in high school. You’ll need to learn to mana
ge the time that you spend on each activity from your ever-growing to-do list. Proper time management will not only save you stress and panic, it can also help you improve your schoolwork. Think about how you currently manage your time and describe it. Do you think that you’re managing it well? How can you improve your time-management skills?
Get into the habit of setting a timer and doing activities in a certain time frame. Like studying for 30 mins then after the 30 mins set another timer do to something else you need to do. Start getting into the habit of checking the time. Make a planner. Write things down that you need to get done first and then write the things you want to do.
It is called an internal conflict. Meaning it isn't a physical problem, but it could still be a variety of things. Such as emotional or spiritual problems.
