Audience analysis are usually done at the beginning of a program or project which rightly informs the design of the materials to be used in the process, the messages to be given out and the type of media to be used.
Audience-centered approach is very important because the speaker’s effectiveness can be improved in the process if the possible picture of the audience required are being created and the presentation created and delivered in a manner appropriate to them.
