The given statement, "There are different standards for due process in civil and criminal cases" is true.

Explanation:

No State will make or maintain any law which will pack the advantages or protections of occupants of the United States; nor will any State prevent any person from securing life, opportunity, or property, without reasonable treatment of law; nor deny to any person inside its district the proportionate security of the laws.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution each contain a reasonable treatment arrangement.

Reasonable treatment deals with the association of value and as such the reasonable treatment stipulation goes about as a shield from abstract renouncing of life, opportunity, or property by the organization outside the endorsement of law.

Reasonable treatment suggests that laws must be applied conventionally and likewise to all people, especially to an inhabitant accused for a bad behavior.

The Constitution uses the articulation in the fifth and fourteenth Amendments, reporting that the lawmaking body won't preclude anyone from claiming "life, opportunity, or property, without reasonable treatment of law.

Willie appears to be an important part of the informal Organization

Explanation:

The informal organization comes from the purposeful development of a system of interactions. Willie has little influence in the formal association, but love for him in the department of development makes it very important for him to engage in the informal organisation.

The primary role of informal organizations is essentially to preserve people's values and beliefs. If you can socially associate yourself, you always feel a sense of cohesion. As a result, an informal organization has another function that will provide members with social satisfaction.

Lockheed Martin is increasing its booster thrust power in order to win more satellite launch contracts from European companies i
Valentin [98]

Answer:

Lockheed Martin needs to make $3,476,250 per year (during 8 years) to cover their costs and investment required for the project if their MARR is 12%.

Explanation:

required investment -$13,000,000

operating costs per year = -$900,000

8 years useful life, salvage value of $500,000

to calculate the annual worth we need to determine capital recovery of the project:

capital recovery = [-$13,000,000 x annuity factor PV (A/P, 12%, 8)] + [$500,000 x annuity factor (A/F, 12%, 8)] = (-$13,000,000 x .2013) + ($500,000 x .0813) = -$2,616,900 + $40,650 = -$2,576,250

this means that Lockheed Martin would need to earn $2,576,250 during 8 years just to recover their investment.

since the company will also incur in yearly operating costs, they must include them to determine the total annual worth of the project:

annual worth = -$2,576,250 - $900,000 = -$3,476,250

Kurt simmons has 50/100/15 auto insurance coverage. one evening he lost control of his vehicle, hitting a parked car and damagin
IrinaK [193]
Damage to the parked car is $5,400. Damage to the store is $12,650. Total damage is calculated as follows :
Total damage = damage to the car + damage to the store Substitute the values in the formula :
Total damage = $5,400 + $12,650 = $18,050. Total damage is $18,050.
The insurance company will cover a maximum of $15,000. The remaining amount of the damage has to be paid by Kurt. The remaining amount is calculated as :
Amount paid by Kurt = Total damage – amount paid by insurance company
Substitute the values in the formula :
Amount paid by Kurt = $18,050 - $15,000 = $3,050
Therefore, he will have to pay the remaining $3,050
