King Tut's reign was short and the reign of Ramses was the one in which the empire expanded the most.

Explanation:

Hatsheput was a rather religious pharaoh.

He changed the god of the state worship to another and switched his capital.

The reign of Ramses was one of terror and expansion of territory.

It is during his reign that Moses begins from Egypt to his long exodus to Israel by foot.

In the reign of Tut there was not much that happened as he died relatable young and had an unremarkable run of the work.

The reason for his fame was the grave and how it was relatable untouched.
