September 21, 2020.

Dear mother,

I received your last letter with great joy. It is good news to know that you have fully recovered of the slight ailment that were diagnosed of before I left for school. It is also good news to hear that dad has been promoted at his job.

My experience at the hostel here in Mount Carmel School has simply been amazing! My hostel lies directly behind the vast river Dehradun. It is always my pleasure in the early hours of the morning to sit up and watch the river amid the gentle songs of birds.

Moreover, our hostel master is a very kind man. He treats each of us as his own children. We are fully cared for, medically, emotionally, psychologically and otherwise. My experience here has just been awesome! I am so thrilled that I can not set it all down on paper. I can't wait to share my experiences with you at the next visiting day.

Extend my regards to dad and my siblings.

Yours Sincerely,

Amit Amita

How are the shapes of crowns of trees, and their location on earth, related to<br>each other?
STALIN [3.7K]

Answer:

Trees have to adapt to their environments in order to survive them, from the shape of their leaves to the size of their branches. They also have had to adapt the shape of their crowns to the kind of climate they live in so that they may have better chances at survival.

In warm areas with lots of sunlight for instance, you will see broad cones as the tree takes advantage to get as much sunlight as it can. In colder areas where snow is abundant, trees will be conical in shape so as not to gather too much snow when it falls.
